Stud Gun Setup Guide for Insulation Pins for Heat Treating Contractors
Follow these step-by-step instructions to properly set up your stud gun to insulation pins for heat treating applications.
This setup works for Truweld, Proweld, Midwest Fasteners, IWT, Erico, H.A. Jones, and SWS stud welder guns.

STEP 1 - Insert chuck into gun.
Insert the collet in gun shaft and tighten set screws. No other parts or foot piece is required for this setup. This can be used for insulation pins greater than 1".
